Bobbi Y Music
Bobbi Yantorno ( Bobbi Y) is an acoustic pop contemporary Christian singer- songwriter from Cherry Hill, NJ. Bobbi Y started songwriter at age 10 and by age 11 she realized her passion for the acoustic guitar. Blessed by God she discovered that all she needed in life was her guitar and lyric book. After high school, she spent a few months living in her mothers' unfinished basement recording and producing her first album, " A Song Overdue" which she released in 2008 and was sold to friends, family and guests while working as a waitress. In 2012 she released her first studio album, " Come Around" which was released on iTunes and promoted to move through the industry in Hollywood. Bobbi then spent the next 2 years headlining gigs in Hollywood and waiting tables in Beverly Hills while networking with industry leaders and getting her songs heard. While all could have been "prosperous" on paper, she wasn't fulfilled emotionally so one day she packed up her car and drove home where her family and support was. With hopes to thrive in a career in makeup artistry and leave the music behind. Although that was her plan, it was not Gods plan. She found herself saved by grace in the year 2015 by stumbling across a Carrie Underwood song called, "Something in the Water" on a Cherry Hill, NJ radio station 89.5 ( Air1 Radio). Today if you were to ask Bobbi about the latest mainstream music artist, she would go on a rant about her favorite Contemporary Christian artists and how that music saved her life. That is the mainstream for her. Today, all of the music Bobbi writes is made with love and for all of Gods beloved. She cherishes spending time praying and speaking life into her music and telling stories through the eyes of a cherished bride of Christ. Bobbi Y hopes to empower others through her anointed music by sharing songs of the love, life and seasons of Jesus Christ. According to Bobbi Y, "With the seal of Christ's love, I pray that I can help in anointing the music- so we can anoint the world!" This is why Bobbi Y had to delay no longer and record and put out this beautiful record called " A Song for Healing." I pray that this song moves you into a state where you can be healed by the love that is in this one. We need to heal our nation from the inside out and especially in matters of the heart. To reach both followers of Christ and non-believers by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ by preaching a set of beliefs for the purpose of conversion through music and arts. Bobbi Y provides humanitarian work to improve education and health care by providing a platform for followers of Jesus to worship and learn about the love Jesus has for us while preaching and singing songs and hymns of Christian doctrines (such as the "Doctrine of Love”. )
My goal is to share the gifts God has blessed me with to proclaim to the world, through our love of God and each other, that God is real, His Word is true, and His love is forever life- changing. God says, “ Bring your whole tithe to my storehouse. Test me in this and see if I will not open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you won’t have enough for it.” Malachi 3.10
